"Sam is amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about him. We moved from out of state. We didn’t know the area at all. Sam wanted a list of what our families needs were. He listened to all of our requests and answered all of our questions. We didn’t know the areas, the schools, which part of town etc we wanted to land in. He didn’t just put us in a computer search of houses based on how many bedrooms and bathrooms we wanted. He actually hand picked houses that were best suited for us and would send them to us. Being out of town he would go to open houses and take videos for us and provide us his opinion. Even though Sam is young, he may not have the years of expertise that others agents have but he makes up for it in persistence, hard working and he gets an answer to any question he doesn’t know. He also has an endless list of contacts. For example I had heard that drinking water was bad in one area and he had a friend that works at the water company and he sent me drinking water reports. It did not matter how bizarre or random my question was, he never laughed and he got us an answer. Moving from out of state is scary especially with 4 kids. Sam calmed all of my fears almost nightly. Sam also hooked us up with a great mortgage team, home inspector and even after we have moved here continues to check in on us, provide us contacts for vets, repair companies etc. Sam’s services do not stop once you bought a house, you have a life long friend! Buy or list a house with someone that cares about you and Sam is that agent!"
